Nope. That’s what training is for. Whether you're brand new or getting back into it, I’ll meet you where you are and build from there.

In-person means we train together in real time. Online means I build you a fully custom plan to follow independently with support, check-ins, and guidance along the way.

Yes. I believe this work should be accessible, so payment plans are available for most offerings. Just reach out and we’ll work it out.

1:1 Sessions

We’ll warm up, lift, move, and focus on your specific goals, whether that’s strength, energy, mobility, or just feeling better in your body.

Typically 60-90 minutes, depending on the type of session and your preference.

Just wear something comfortable, bring water, and maybe a good playlist (optional, but encouraged). I’ll take care of the rest.

You can start with a single session to try it out, then decide if you want to commit to a package. No pressure either way.
